Our Gluten-Free Vanilla Cake is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a light, flavourful, and fully vegan celebration cake.

Made with a blend of almond flour, rice flour, and cornstarch, it has a soft, delicate crumb and a naturally sweet vanilla aroma. We use soya milk, apple sauce, and a touch of vinegar to create a beautifully moist texture without any dairy or eggs, keeping it 100% plant-based.

Please note: while this cake is made using gluten-free ingredients, it is prepared in a bakery where gluten is present, so there is a risk of cross-contamination.
